Pete utilized a methodology that made a comprehensive review of our situation, and took into account the usage of the facility as well as the unique physical attributes of our campus - it was not a generic, or cookie cutter approach to our organization. The resulting deliverables are usable documents that are more than simply a “report”. We now have actionable plans that equip us to prioritize our efforts, and have comprehensive discussions about next steps relating to security investments on our campus.

“Elpidius brought together Safety and Security coordinators and directors from other churches to form the “Church Safety and Security Collaborative” a coalition promoting collaboration, support and partnership in the local faith community in the interest of enhancing safety, security and emergency preparedness for churches. Pete also presented during our first training seminar conducted in January 2018 that included more than 20 local churches. He helped lead and coordinate outreach to local law enforcement as well as external subject matter experts who participated in our second training event conducted on April 7, 2018.
